Accessories

EJK supplies accessories for the OEM sector in the extrusion industry. These are rotationally symmetric parts or deep-drilled parts or elements that are manufactured on 4D or 5-axis milling centres. The maximum clamping dimensions of these machining centers are 4m in length and a unit weight of approx. 10 tons.

Of course, the majority of the accessories for extrusion are produced on a variety of smaller machines. In addition to standard steel qualities such as 1.8519, we can also process a large number of special steels or high-strength aluminium alloys.

The complete processing of the accessory parts is carried out according to corresponding customer drawings.
